The University Club hosted a Wedding Showcase to show off their lovely venue and beyond gorgeous ballroom.
For the photo booth, they offered us use of their backdrop with greenery by Gidas Flowers. I loved the satin backdrop flanked by potted plants. While speaking with Gidas Flowers, we discussed how fun it would be to incorporate the florist more often in the backdrop for the photo booth. If you check out our blog post with Kate and Zak , Gidas Flowers make those floral arrangement on pillars that were used during he ceremony then relocated to the photo booth during dinner. It looked beautiful!
Even moving elements of a custom alter into the backdrop gives you great double use of what was used earlier in the day. Think pillars, greens, potted flowers, hangin flowers, flower walls, branches. There are so many options to spice up the scenery here.
Here's a a feel for the grandeur of the ballroom.. The chandeliers are breathtaking!
The appetizer spread was a bountiful and inviting mix of charcuterie and sushi!
