1.Send an inquiry and I'll let you know if the booth is available. If it is, I'll send the package/pricing information.

You'll need to have a venue and date finalized prior to booking.

2. If everything looks good, reply to our email and let me know you want to lock in your date. I'll send you a contract - this will reserve your date. No deposit is required.

3. For the booth prep, 10 weeks prior to the wedding I'll send you a Booth Prep Questionnaire to get the booth ready for the reception.

This will have questions such as:

- print design thoughts

- general day of timeline

- backdrop selection

- how many hours you want the booth to run

- where the booth will be located

For the custom print design, we want the those to match your wedding style and they'll be black and white. We always like to make a couple designs to compliment your wedding invitations, too. If you are using a monogram or specific fonts throughout the signage, we'd love to incorporate that in to the print design! Send us the files if you have them.

4. I'll send the invoice after the questionnaire if filled out. This will be due any time prior to the wedding day. I'll also send a booth recap so we can make any updates and wrap up any loose ends.

No, we can finalize that later. In fact, all the details will be worked on later, at this point you just have to decided which booth style you want when booking (the Glam Booth, Printing Booth, or Lux Lite). The contract is just to reserve the date. A screenshot of the pricing/package will be attached to the contract for reference but how many hours you'd like or which backdrop will be finalized later.

I'll send a Booth Prep Questionnaire at least 10 weeks prior to the wedding. At that time I'll gather the information I need to prep the booth - which includes how many hours you'd like the booth to run, the backdrop selection, print design thoughts, general timeline, booth placement, etc.).

SETUP:

This can vary, so here's the most common two options -

1. Most often we will set up the booth prior to guests arriving, even if we have a later start time. This is preferred, but isn't always necessary - it just depends on where the booth will be set up for the evening.

2. There are some instances where setting up prior to guests arrival isn't necessary. If you elect the three hour package and the booth is only open after dinner, then setting up may happen during dinner if we're set up in a different room from where the guests are eating. In this case, guests wouldn't see us loading in and setting up, so it would be preferred to set up during this time.

The set up time will be finalized closer to the wedding once both of our timelines are complete.

TEAR DOWN

We always break down the booth after the rental period is over, even if the reception is still happening. The booth setup is very minimalistic and smooth, so it isn't a distraction to tear down. If the booth is scheduled until the end of the reception, we'll aim to shut down the last 10 minutes (which is typically the last song) to direct guests back to the dance floor for the last few minutes. However, if there's a line we'll won't turn people away.

After a group comes through the booth, each person or couple will get a copy of the print. Let's say four people come through together, each of those four people will get a copy of the print.

Our printing is one of the fastest available for portable printers. It's around 10 seconds per print (one 4x6 print or two 2x6 prints every ten second).

The couple will get digital copies only, unless you add on a photo box.

Yes, the Glam Booth is a modern but timeliness aesthetic. The Printing Booth (color photos), has the same booth shell, but uses different software and camera setting inside the booth.

Some great spots are near the cookie/dessert table, near entry/exit doors, and somewhere near the restrooms or bar. These are all high traffic areas. We don't want to be too out of the way, but don't think guests won't find us - they do! 😊

You'll have two ways to access your photos:

1. Within 72 hours after the wedding we'll email you a folder of gently retouched digital images. I use WeTransfer.com to send files and that file is easily downloaded to your computer. Use them as you wish! Every photo take from the booth will be included in this file and they are not watermarked.

2. Both you and your guests have access to the online gallery for free downloads. Some photos may be omitted (out of respect to your guests that may have taken a photo they probably wouldn't want shared). We do not watermark our photos.

Adult guests can come through as much as they'd like! The more photos, the better!

We do ask that all children be accompanied by an adult for their supervision around the photography equipment and if they need assistance, but they are welcomed little guests.

- The booth needs access to a three prong outlet (the booth has been to most venues in the Pittsburgh area, and this hasn't been an issue).

- The booth can not be outside (this include patios, tents, porches, etc. - this is to protect the booth from direct sunlight and weather).

- The footprint of the full set up is about 8ft x 8ft x 8ft.

- This is so important - all backdrop supplied by Lux must be placed along a solid wall. The backdrops don't attach to the wall, but it makes a support system as many guests tend to walk backwards into the backdrops - this this will stop the backdrop from repeatedly getting pushed back.

-Payment is due any time prior to the wedding. The invoice will be sent after the Booth Prep Questionnaire is filled out (this is sent 10 weeks prior to the wedding).

-No deposit is required to book, either. We just need a signed contract to lock in your date.

-The invoice will be sent through PayPal, they keep your payment information private and no account is required if you don't have one. We can also do Venmo, Square, or check.

-6% Sales Tax is added to the invoice per PA state law

Everyone has access to the online gallery.

There are a couple ways they find the gallery:

1. There is a small QR code sign on the printer that says 'download your photos'.

2. There is a small, unobtrusive line that will be on the prints which direct guests where to download their photos. Though on their physical prints, this line is edited out prior to posting them to the gallery.

-This gallery includes a digital copy of the print they received at the reception, and a 4x6 digital of each photo on that print.

-Downloading is free.

-Most often your gallery will be accessible to guests by noon the next day.

-Some photos may be omitted if we think 'Aunt Carol' may not like that photo of her making that face she made.

Intentional gestures will stay in the gallery unless we hear otherwise or we find beyond crude.

Nudity will be omitted, as well.

-If you prefer to not have an online gallery, please let me know. Most guests do like to see the photos from the reception and ask me where they can find them online, so I do encourage you to have one. I can make then password protected if you prefer.

Yes! Let's say the booth would be open cocktail hour, then two hours after dinner. That works great!

Please note, the booth can not be moved once set up. But don't let that deter you from breaking up the time. Trust me, guests will seek the booth out 😉 Some DJs discourage the booth from being in a different room, but it's really okay if it is. They'll still go back to the dance floor.

There are two photo box options.

1. Our basic box. This is a great option if you'd like a copy of every photo from the evening. The box is 5x7, black, and mailed after the reception

2. Glass & Gold Box. This box is a gorgeous option for coffee table or book shelf display. A copy of every photo will be put in the box that evening. This is also mailed after the reception.
