Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Text photo delivery

Guests at our events can choose to receive their photo booth images by text message. Here's exactly how that works — and how to manage your preferences.

HOW GUESTS OPT IN

The opt-in happens at the booth

After taking their photos, guests are shown the screens below. No phone number is collected unless a guest actively chooses to receive their images by text and enters their number themselves.

Opt-in message on screen reads "By entering your number, you consent to receive a one-time text with your photo booth images from Lux Photobooth. Text frequency: 1 text per photo request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Option to Text Photo

Step 1 — Guest taps the text icon after viewing their photos, guests choose how to receive them. Tapping the text message icon initiates the sharing flow.

Texting Screen

Step 2 — The guest voluntarily types their mobile number and taps Share. This is the moment of consent — no number is collected without this active input.

After tapping the TEXT icon, the guest receives a single text message with a link to view and download their photos and the option to opt out or get help. No further messages are ever sent.
